Hi, I’m Kyanna, Founder of Masters of Mobility. I help people eliminate pain and tightness in their bodies by teaching stretching to a standard. Because everyone deserves to feel good in their bodies.
I noticed that as I got older, I began accumulating a number of physical ailments. Severe tightness in my shoulders, a stiff back, hips that always felt too tight and a little uneven, and some recurring numbness in my forearms whenever I would type at the computer a lot. Was it aging? Was it past sports injuries from my time as a competitive gymnast? Was it years of sitting at a desk working long hours as a lawyer? Or maybe it was all of the above.
My body was tight, stiff, and just not moving the way the it used to. Intuitively, I knew that stretching might be the answer to my challenges. But what stretches should I do? How long should I hold each stretch for? How often should I stretch? I wanted a system for stretching that was logical, effective, and tailored to my unique physical needs.
Then I found exactly what I was looking for - a uniquely effective stretching regimen created by the company Ultimate Human Performance (UHP). The program has been used for decades to treat US Navy Seals, professional athletes, and everyday folks like you and me. After months of diligent work I was able to heal my own areas of stiffness, tightness, and pain. I then started informally helping family and friends eliminate pain and tightness in their bodies through the UHP program. Finally, I decided to make it official. I became a UHP certified Physio-Kinesiologist and founded Masters of Mobility. Today I help people of all ages, backgrounds, and physical abilities eliminate pain and stiffness so that they can truly feel good in their bodies.
